Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Radical Cures ("we", "us", "our") is a charitable initiative currently being established as an Australian not-for-profit. This policy explains what information we collect when you register your support during our Phase 1 demand-proving stage, how we use it, and your rights over it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

When you register your support, we collect:

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or any special-category health information beyond the general "connection" option you choose to select.

2. Why we collect it

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the registration form. Providing a pledge amount is entirely optional.

3. How we store and protect it

Registrations are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure and served through Cloudflare Pages. Access is restricted to the project's administrators via an authenticated endpoint. We keep only what we need and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your individual details with investors or third parties. When we demonstrate demand to potential funders we use aggregate, de-identified figures only (for example, total number of registrations and total pledged). Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes data on our behalf as a service provider.

5. Email communication

We will only email you about this initiative. Every email will include an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

To make a request, email us at kingomartheoneandonly@protonmail.com.

7. Retention

We retain your registration for as long as the initiative is active or until you ask us to delete it. If the not-for-profit entity is not established, we will delete the registration data.

8. Cookies

The site uses a small amount of local browser storage to remember your dark-mode preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the initiative develops (including once the charity is formally registered, when we will add our ABN and registered details). The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
